    What does it say when you try & reply to posts?

    It could be that your account isn't activated or something else, if there is a message that appeared, it could help figure out what.

    Also, it depends where you are trying to post, as you may not be allowed to post there anyway.

    You might not have permission as Tqo said, but if you have got permissions then do the following:

    Clear cache.

    If that doesn't work, clear cookies.
    Cheesecake.
