Out of the list, I would choose being shot in the heart or head so I die instantly and wouldn't suffer. My favourite way to die would probably die in my sleep because I wouldn't know I was dead.

I chose jumping out of plane. It would be mildly 'fun', also you would be dead before you hit the ground.
