He wants a website, reseller, and domain, but he wants people to pay out of there paypal and then let him pay them after. He wont go first. People have bought things for him etc, then he just denys it.
He says he has £1200 in paypal, so why cant he do it himself?
Hes jsut out to con people.
Hes also made about 10 threads, asking for the same sort of things, with different excuses
