Even if you arent dying, all famous people are always making the news. Look at celebrities. " OMG! BRAD AND JEN BROKE UP! OMG!" WE DONT CARE.

Maybe he was close to some people, many people care about him, how would you feel if your brother or something was famous, and just happened to be on the news/in newspapers, it's not their choice to be, why be so negative, death is always a sad thing, for anyone.

I think that he is undoubtedly a very influential figure and i don't wish for him to die, but to be honest i agree with Mentor and Stratocaster - his celebrity status does somewhat amplify what is a very natural occurance.

Actually, what i meant by it was that the other popes stood back when they seen there government doing wrong, but he spoke up when his government was doing wrong.

It is sad but he is extremely old ay 84 years old.

Dad says that theyll spend hours deciding on the new pope then theyll burn all the papers in the fire and then youll see the smoke to show thers a new pope. I never knew that happened lol.

Hes not a celebrity. And yes I believe that he is a good leader and yes he is better than most of the people in the world by doing more good. So your saying that this death of the pope isnt important? Even though he has been caring to others? He isnt a bad pope but yes he is important to the christian beliefers.
He is suffering with alot and It is a big issue because The head leader of the catholic churches is dying. Its nice to know someone doesnt care if somebody dies. Wonder what John Paul would think saying that? Not nice is it? He isnt an actor even though he did go to study it but was invaded by the nazi's but he has been a influence to a lot of christian believers.

Now I Cant believe You Dont Care. Thats wrong and you should care for others. Maybe you should think about what you say in this post because that has offended me as a catholic.
