I think UK may just be skipping V10 and they will add the V10 updates with V11. But they won't name it V10, it will still be named V11.

Oh God, please don't tell me people are thinking every Maintenance Break is something to do with Version 11 (or version 10, I am still a little confused with the whole thing)?
