You don't get kicked though, it says "trying to kick".

If you said that and you had hobba/staff powers you would kick/ban the person out of the room.

If you got kicked/banned, it'd probably be a Moderator or whatever realising you are messing around with Moderator/Staff commands. They can watch a room... from anywhere!
