No luck
I don't think the installation window is opening fully as when I go Task manager I can see Shockwave Installation in the processes menu.

Couldn't edit sorry
I have just found out that when I look under the processes menu in Task Manager I can see the Shockwave Installation file running but the installation window doesn't appear for some reason.
Anyone have any ideas?
