    Default Sleeping Problems [2]

    I tried most of the things exept 2hd.'s because i know he wants me dead :rolleyes:
    None worked ,Any other ideas because this is realy bothering me,and i did ask my mum to take me to the docters she said its not worth a docters time :/.

    Like I said, try getting one of those nebulisers and using that. That way ur breathing through that and not the air so its cleaner so you get a good nights sleep.

    First of all, sorry for not replying to your original post as I do, do my best to post a reply to everyone who needs help, but I've been extra busy this week.

    Now, your problem is really medical related, and I agree with your mother that there isn't much a doctor can do for you about it.

    It's all just got to do with the way you sleep, and ou unfortunately can't really change that! But think about it, it's not such a big deal breathing in dust and stuff during the night, cause your doing it every minute of every day when your awake anyway accept your just not aware your doing so!

    This dust isn't going to kill or effect you, and simply might make your mouth a bit dry like you said - so I say just take a wee glass of water to bed with you and when you wake up you can give your mouth a rinse out.

    Don't let it get you down though mate, cause it isn't worth it.

    Aww thats realy nice and sweet :],Its just i'd rather sleep with my mouth closed and even if i take a drink of water it still stings still 12 practly every day.+rep anyways.

    Depends,,

    if you cant sleep at all just try and Stop eating on a night,
    Dont drink as much caffine / coffee
    Relax at night
    Ware your self out by running around alot out side like an hour before u go to bed ,,
    have a bath to try and relax you then get in bed and sleep

    if not see doc

    try hanging a veil from your ceiling over your head to maybe filter a little of the dist out when you sleep

    this happens to me too when i wake up in the morning i av a dry mouth and soar throat but i just been ignoring it if u find an answer tell me
