It's nice but the roof is too plain, try adding different shades and tones or build it up so that it's not flat. A sloping roof always looks better than one that could have been cut with a hedge trimmer!

Swap the red on the balcony side with the red on the HVTV side and it would look right and maybe do that on the smaller building on the left too except on the already darker red bit have the darker red come up halfway rather than all the way.
But very good.

The balcony fences look quite messy.
The building (Icluding the door arch at the front) should have the same shadow as the hotel.
The palm trees need shadows.
Tv statue needs a dhadow.
As its a Tv station shouldnt it have well satelites and things on the roof?
The 3 large yellow things need shadows as does the elevator and the HVTV text also needs to cast a shadow.
You have really really ignored shadow on this piece and without it it seems quite basic.---
