Yeah, what he said. You can't get a name change "just because I want to", or "I don't like my current name", etc. If this was the case, then I daresay Player Support would be flooded with emails requesting name changes, and then they've got to email back when a name has been taken already, etc.

Name "changes" are rarely given out. If there are certain circumstances where it is simply not viable to move account, and you are always the target of severe harassment, you can request a name change. You will, however, have to provide a sufficient statement as to why you are eligible for a name change, and why you're not just the average jim-bob that wants a change just because he feels like it.
