I'd rather get a gift voucher and spend it on something I know I'm going to like, rather than get some present you don't even like, and need to pretend your grateful for.

    Precisely ^^

It's like at Christmas, when you get presents and you sit there thinking "Oh god" but you have to say "Thanks, yeah just what I wanted!" It makes sense to buy them a gift voucher, because that way, you are giving them something you have bothered with AND it's easy!

Ok, ignore everything what everyone else has said before me. If you use that advice YOU WILL GET DUMPED . My advice that i'll give is just like a plan for the day kinda'

    Ok here I go:

I think when you meet up with him, you could take him to a posh coffee place or Starbucks or something and sit in. Taking away is a big no-no on an internet meet i reckonz.

Then "oh no soz i need to buy a cd", take a stroll around HMV or something, ask him about his music tastes - maybe even check out the gay pawn section? (Omg you gotta' go to.. i think it's MusicZone in chester 4 that lolsls)

I don't think you need to buy him a gift like flowers or some clothes or something, 'cos you might seem a bit desperate and geeky.
If you were to buy him something though, maybe something unique? Something that reminds you of him?

And finally slip in a kiss innit.

AWWWW I shud so be a professional lurve maker rofl.

Don't think to 'impress' your Boy Friend you have to buy him something which costs a lot of money. Sometimes the simple things can help your relationship and please him. The normal thing that people buy there partner is a box of chocolates.
