Problem buying credits.

I figured I'd probably get a quicker response posting here instead of e-mailing Sulake so here's my problem.

I can't buy credits on the UK or US hotel. I've tried 2 different cards on both hotels. I've tried different variations of details, mainly with the street address. I've tried at least 15 times, but I keep getting this annoying error:



Any idea what I should do? My mom checked her balance and she has $25.60, and I'm only trying to spend around $9.

Are you sure you can still buy credits that way? It may be the fact that they have stopped that so you can purchase credits that way.

Other that then, i would suggest trying again or using the HHT (Habbo Help Tool) to contact habbo about it.

I tried again today and it worked fine on the US hotel finally. I don't think people from the US can buy credits on the UK hotel using a credit card.
