Here's my 10th RV Report

Key:
Red = Trading UNDER Habbox guide price.
Blue = Trading AT Habbox guide price.
Green = Trading ABOVE Habbox guide price.

Pillow's:

Green Wooly Pillow:

• 18.0CS - Twice
• 18.5CS - Once
• 19.0CS - Three times

- Seen this traded below it's guide price many time's, i think it may drop a few CS and will start to rise again maybe in Mid-November. Overall it looks like its decreasing it's value ATM in time.


Red Silk Pillow:

• 1.0CS - Twice
• 1.1CS - Once
• 1.5CS - Three times

- This rare looks like it will slowly rise as we are getting nearer Hallowe'en & Christmas, what i have seen in trade rooms's is people paying 1.5CS for them, people who need them don't mind paying a little extra. Overall it look's like its on the rise, yet again.

White Lace Pillow:

• 1.1CS - Twice
• 1.5CS - Twice

- Again, same as the Red silk pillow easily traded between 1.1CS-1.5CS. Overall this rare seems to be slowly rising back to 1.5CS and will rise even more in November/December time.

Bonnie's Pillow:

• 0.8CS - Once
• 1.0CS - Three time's

- Easily traded for two 0.5's or a HC value rare such as Maquee or fan. Overall this rare's value seems to be right as its easily brought between 0.8CS - 1.0CS.

Petal Patch:

• 4.0CS - Twice
• 4.5CS - Twice

- The guide price seems to be right for this ATM (4.3CS) As what i have seen is it being traded between 4.0CS - 4.5CS. Overall i think this rare will stay stabel untill a new patch is released in which the petal will rise.

Throne Sofa:

• 2.0CS - Once
• 2.5CS - 5+

- Seen sold many times at the price of 2.5CS, seen traded for 2 CS once as the seller was in need of the HCs quickly. Overall the Throne Sofa look's like it's on a rise, as this rare is now in season.

Yellow & Green Parasol's:

• 1.5CS Each - Three time's

- Seen these traded two per 3CS three times within the space on 1 hour in a trade room. Overall to me it look's like these Parasol's are slowly decreasing in value as they are not in season.

Alien Artifact:

• 1.5CS - Twice
• 2.0CS - Three time's

- Currently in season in which people are after them, i have seen them being traded at or above the guide price. Overall the Alien Artifact seems to be stable ATM however should rise to the 2CS just before Hallowe'en.

Green Maquee:

• 0.5CS - Twice
• 1.0CS - Once

- Still in the Catalogue, hence the fall in it's price, doesnt seem very popular ATM. Overall The Green Marquee seem's to be decreasing as it's is still in the Cat.

All over Rare's seem to be stable and trading at thier guide price. All the price's above are what I have seen in trade rooms, not the price's i want/or other people want them to be. I hope i havent bored you.. report over.
