Is it a Dolphin or a Whale (ATW)

Some people say dolphin some say whale

and what countries would work

The red is supposed to be like the inside of a dock or pool.

And if you want to help out with is the top fin too high or the side fin too long?

Definitely a dolphin to me. I don't think whales have the thingy on the top. I have bad vocabulary.

Whales do have a fin on top.

It is weird because first i made it as a dolphin then decided to make it into a whale.

But when i ask people it is 50 - 50 on whale or dolphin.

And if it was a whale it would be killer whale

And probably tahiti or costa rica
