I suggest you save up so you can actually buy a half-decent dedicated server, £15 will not get you set up as an accomplished web host.

WebHostingTalk is a good place to go if you need advice on customers and everything else, put it in your forum signatures on all of the forums you go on.

thats rubbish, you have to start small and get big

if you start big then you might not get enough clients to pay the bills (nick had this problem) it would be better to start off with a small reseller get clients, expand get more clients, expand get more clients... this is the most profitable and sucessful plan... £15 will get you a good start
