I do believe they make some of this sound worse than it really is. I'm always skeptical about these kind of things. 1US$ will go along way in some countrys because of their poor economy. If there are 12 europeans, but only 2 people have an internet connection, I think that's WAY outdated. Mor than 1/6 have the internet in Europe. Only 8 secondary educated, are you saying that mostly Europe and North America ISN'T Secondary educated. Some of this is wrong.
