The wonky line at the top stands out a mile, and made me dislike this piece from the get-go. Sort that out, and you've a pretty good piece on your hand. The proportioning isn't great, but other than what I've said, I like it, 8/10

1: There should be some space behind your building, it looks like the builiding is stuck to the space behind it.
2: You said you spent half an hour looking for pixel errors, well look at the ones I found:

-small circle: zoom in 8x in paint and you'll see a lost pixel
-upper circle: line out of place
-middle circle: the Q misses a pixel
-lowest circle: both sides of the street needs no be equal in size, the left side is 28 px, the right side is 37

    Fixed those errors:

This is only 5 min of work,

Time and effort don't fully determine the rating of an alt, it's the quality, the habbo likeness, the prettiness. You may have put in time and effort, but in the end it comes down to talent. Good pixel artists like cK and Roboevil put a lot of effort into their alterations, but they still need to use the techniques and colours to pull it off.
