You can shift hue WITH paint, manually, it's not difficult. A hue shift is just a shift from one colour to another. E.g. The highlight is yellow, midtone orange, and shadow brown, rather than just darker shades of yellow for the midtone and shadow. Also, most more professional artists that I know don't use paint, they prefer programs like Pro Motion, and Deluxe Paint, as it allows for easier palette organisation among other things.
Saturation and brightness can also be changed manually using paint, and it is a very good idea to unify your palette using edits on brightness, saturation and hue.
Once again, a glass effect can be created with MSPaint, using photoshop for it is not pixel art![]()
