    You can shift hue WITH paint, manually, it's not difficult. A hue shift is just a shift from one colour to another. E.g. The highlight is yellow, midtone orange, and shadow brown, rather than just darker shades of yellow for the midtone and shadow.     Once again, a glass effect can be created with MSPaint, using photoshop for it is not pixel art

    I think that phisically disabled people should not be rideing moter bikes

    *he has only one arm*

    I have just realized that this is too big, however; I have no idea how to become V.I.P
