This thread is totally misused and overused "/ I see MOD's remove peoples negative reps many times despite them not being pointless. The whole idea to have reputation is to be able to give negative reputation aswell, and if the person who doesnt agree with the negative rep you've given them[which will literally be 99.9% of the idiots on this forum]because they can only see one point of view, what do they do? Go straight to the report reputation problems thread and get it removed. Why should it be removed when the member deserved the negative rep?
We're given the option to negative rep people because they deserve it, yet they take away that right by having this thread and unfairly removing people's negative reps. Yeah sure some of them are pointless but the majority aren't "/

i agree however, most removed rep is pointless and has no meaning behind it.
most of the time people are just -repping to be spiteful or to harass instead of a pm, if you look at the report a pointless rep thread most contain swearing which is not necessary and the ones that contain swearing are usually not relevant.(ﾟДﾟ≡ﾟДﾟ)

I agree its improperly used. However just because their post is deleted doesn't mean the rep is. Many people have their rep left there and are PM'd by the admin or just don't have it removed. So no, we don't remove them all
