I think some rare values are stupid!

It's pointless, since when do you have a club in a hotel, if they want to make rares and clubs, make a new abbo Hotel, chang it to Habbo Village or something. It's impossible to get 10, 000 + in an Hotel anyway.

Rares are pointless to me, they look worse than normal furni and dont match rooms or any other furni. £5.50p for a stupid piece of imaginary furni thats green and ugly, what a pointless waste, IT'S A GAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think all the rare values are fair at the moment except for the parasol set value, it's really disturbing that someone can get them seperately for cheaper

The habbox rare valuers try to get the values as accurate as possible, but there values are based on what people are offering.

i still think study shud be the most expensive rare of all, right now ur prolly saying pfffft. but look at it this way: u can win super rares in funky friday in just a week. u can still win thrones in funky friday!!! couple weeks ago they gave away 20 thrones! but the only way to get study is to wait 12 months of hc

I think its pathetic that Throne Sofa isn't a supa rare...and throne...they should be the top ones!

Umm..

A: Not one person decides the rare values, but things efect it (I wont talk about that though :eusa_sile).

B: Thrones are needed for rooms, and they look good.

C: The reason thrones have gone up is as you said they where not looked after. (People asking for donations are newbies, and newbies are more likely to leave habbo than people with furni - and if you leave youre furni will not be up for tradeing).

I dont think thrones look nice in rooms, they're too posh for hotel rooms and dont match anything than red, orange, yellow in that colour groups...
