Well, instead of rather trusting some one, you can select a piece of furni, and put it in a special box. The ower cant move it out of the box or the other habbos who have payed for stuff get there furni back, and the winner will get the prize automated. the rooms will be pre built.

Well, you know those game rooms with no flooring or not a lot of furni? They could put a prize in the box, and go 'brb' while they pick up all the furni. Now, they delete the room, and kick everyone. What would happen?
