Dont be accusing the winner of clone voting.
If someone asked the winner and they said they did then you can but what if the winner just had a lot of friends who liked the room and voted for it?
Maybe they live in a differnt time zone and the room was popular when you were asleep.
First get proof that they clone voted before you make accusations.
