Layout Needed for upcoming site......

Hi there.

Im currently looking around for layout designers as im in need of a layout for my upcoming site ( Hopefully ). So if you could make one id be greatfull.
The requirements i need are:

Theme- Music Style as music based site.

Not much else i could say just do what you thinks best. So if anybody could do that please post what you'd charge etc.
