I really don’t think that they think they are famous. I believe what this is, is a promotion for everyone that hasn’t validated there Email to do so. People will read about this and quite possibly want it. therefore will validate it, then enter.

People need to get over themselves and the issues they have with Habbo, really, it gets boring.

A lot of popular websites sell merchandise or have merchandise avaliable for competitions, and visitors/fans of the site. It's only to be expected that a website as popular as Habbo would do the same.

A lot of the community based websites I visit have t-shirts, mugs, mousepads, calendars and God knows what else that they give away in competitions that have been signed by or tagged with messages from the sites administrators. It really isn't at all uncommon.

It's pretty much like winning an EastEnders t-shirt, signed by some of the characters. You do it because you like the show, or the actors. A lot of people are going to enter this because they like Habbo, not because they necessarily want to wear the shirt.

Wearing a Habbo t-shirt is no different than buying and wearing a eBay, devaintArt, YouTube, LiveJournal one - and believe me, there's people that do walk around with eBay written over their chests, at least Habbo's have various designs that you can pick, some which don't even represent the site in any notable way.

Anyway, I think it's unfair that this was posted as it's no longer an 'exclusive' competition. Because anyone can pretty much enter, not just the people that opt to recieve the emails.

I just looked at the Spreadshirt site for the first time since it opened and I thought I'd let you all know that the designs below, I feel, anyone would happily wear in any of the style's avaliable.

Who'd really have an issue wearing three skulls in a row and a couple of bombs? How many people do you think would realise their Habbo Alt codes? I think the skull one looks alright in the preview.

They are a bit expensive though.
