The UK hotel won't close because other countries use it. Yes, FI is used by SE and NO aswell, but they are - give or take a hour - in the same time zone.
So that's why.

Habbo FI is by far the most advanced Hotel, I think they could find someone to do them,

This isn't new, other hotels, though I'm not sure which, already have this. I think it's simply so people don't pull all-nighters on habbo and die playing a game.
