In the spam forum sticker it says to report infractions via the [email protected]:

How can I appeal an infraction?
If you feel an infraction has been given without a justified cause then you can email [email protected] OR use the contact us link at the bottom of the forums.

It should tell you to report it here:

http://habboxforum.com/showthread.php?t=217105

This is probs why you have had so many people making posts about infractions recently.
