I'm loving the colours, and the overall feel to the design. Although I dislike the stroke on the content box, it just has a neutral feel, and discourages the rest of the overall design.

While both Adam's and Joe's are lovely designs I do believe Joe's is better.

The main reasons I prefer Joe's are as follows:

I like how the whole site fits together. As some have suggested pure white stroke, I don't agree with that because pure white may be overpowering and the design could get hard to look at after a while. The colour you have it at just now suits it well.
I also like the gradient on the navigation buttons. The gradient is suttle and is only slightly visible, a good thing. It makes the buttons slightly less "boring" and also compliments the colours of the design well. I presume there would be some sort of rollover?

Overall Joe's is a better design but not one of his greatest.
Adam yours is good but not as good.
