I "can" do dragon slayer, I just don't have the QP's, and pures I know have done monkeymadness, so I can do it..

You just asked if you could do it, I said no, now you're telling me you can. Either get 43 prayer so you can melee the demon, or higher mage. I don't think you'll do it with low prayer, defence and mage...

Pures do it with scimmy and range it and I saw this video on the monkey was hitting 0's on some level 60+

You fight a level 200 192 or so demon, not a monkey. You need high defence, prayer, range or mage though.
