It'll cost you roughly the following:
Obby Cape - 250k
Obby Sheild - 300k-350k
Warrior Helmet - 60k-70k
Dragon Scimmy - 90k - 100k
Warrior Ring - 500k - 600k, not sure if it's worth it.
Amulet of Glory - 60k-70k
In total it'll cost you about: 1260k - 1400k.
I believe you need 60 defence to wear obby sheild, but obby cape doesn't require anything.

Umm, I put everything there; It'll be much faster if you check but the price guide may be a bit more accurate.
