I don't think combat affects your "noobness"
I think it's the amount of time you played for and your total level.

I've played for 3 years, with a total of 1080.
I don't play that much as I left for 6 months

im lvl 51 and i know my way around perfectly the lvl doesnt matter really its what u think like this noob said can i have that sword and i said what sword and he said the sword above ur head when i was using protect from melee lol.
for lvls i would say about 25 below
