Well, yew longs alch for like 760 ea, magic longbows, iron/steel plates.

rune meds you make 1k profit per alch buy the helms 10k each alch em for 11.5k

Rune meds are good but gonna take a while to get thousands for a decent amount of exp. Yew/Mage Longbows are the obvious choice for bulk alching for exp.
