You need to contact Orange on the Customer Service number, I'll find it in a seck.

The PUK is a number, when the PIN is entered incorrectly 3 times, it blocks the SIM card. The PUK number unlocks it and you can retrive it by contacting Orange Customer Service number.

You can also get your PUK code online if you are a member or sign up with orange.

I think you only get 10 attempts to enter the PUK correctly aswell otherwise the whole phone gets blocked up.

I had the same problem when I got a new phone, I was setting a pin code and messed it up and needed a puk code.
Anyway I don't think this will apply to everyone but my 4 digit ID number was the last 4 numbers of my phone number, you may aswell try that as it may work.

To get your puk code, just phone up orange.

How come I can still edit this post, even though I posted it ages ago :S
and at the bottom it doesn't say last edited by pixel at whenever lol
