im not a girl but the best piece of advice i can say is too try sleep it off ?

err goto your doctors, tell them whats happened. I think you can get some tablets which make you bleed less & take the pain away.

Nevermind, my mum gave me a tablet which are for my sisters period pains.
They dying down now.

I wouldn't spend your time on the computer as you could be sat in a awkward position for your stomach or -whatever- so go and lie down and try and sit in a comfy position.
