Anyway I can get a sextant? I talked to Kojo and it didn't say anything about a watch or sextant, so I said something to him and it started the quest, is there anyway to get it without doing this stupid quest?

talk to the professor at the observatory he tells u where to get the watch and sextant, you go get them and then go back to him and he gives you the chart
