I would recommend the use of DIV tags or expandable tables, apposed to 'IFRAMES'.
Good-bye signature, I love <NOT ALLOWED NAME AT ALL> despite the infraction his last name got me.

Forget everything you already know about iframes.

If you want to code properly and neatly, use div's, or atleast tables. iframes look extremely tacky.

K, thanks for your help and everything and your saying use Tables.. the problem is that if I have for example a radio on the page it'll keep reloading everytiime you visit a new page on the site.. and explain DIV's in more detail to me pls.

P.S: Dan I'm checking your reply out.

To refresh the radio stats, use ajax. Every x seconds get it to grab the stats again, that way your site will look MUCH neater if done correctly.

DIV's are containers for a lot of types of content, albeit pictures or text or others, and, when styled with CSS, you can get them to do whatever iframes/frames or tables do, but MUCH more suitable.
