No, you can PM me, just you'll have to delete it in 24 hours. (Legally you have to, but if you keep it on your computer it is illegal to do, most people don't care though).

The likely-hood is almost 0. I know no one that has got arrested/fined for downloading music/movies/games illegally. But hey, you could be a first.

Just so you know, it's not legal to have the ROM at all, even if you own the original game. It's fine to have a backup in the original image format, but not as a ROM.

It's unlikely that you'll ever get caught though, so don't worry too much.
