However, I'm well good at debating and standing up for myself verbally init.

it all depends if somebody name calls me i verbal abuse them but if they do it over over and over i will use physical violence

If someone bother's me they'll know about it. if someone hit's me they'll get it back but worse.

How do you know they'll 'get it back worse'? I mean say if a squaddie hit you then what you said is lies because to be frank your not the hardest kid in your area so alot of people would easily hit you harder

Yeah 'cos i cant have people taking chances with me. If you do nothing, people will start with you, if you fight back, show them you mean business, and get the msg clear, to them, and other people - you aren't one to mess with.
Get a good rep for yourself

If you don't stand up for yourself it will resort to them constantly bullying.

Anyway I tend to take verbal crap on the chin and just ignore it really, but if someone wants to get violent then I ain't going to take it.

well i do both if sum1 starts on me im not just gunna take it if i get hit i hit them back

sometimes i beat them up sometimes i get beaten up but id rather no that i didnt just take it but i tryed to do somefin about it

Depends on the situation, there could be 3 boys who start on you, mentally, if you think you can take them then do so, but nowdays, you can't have a fist on fist fight, knives are brought into it because the idiots can't fight themselves
