Hardly elites. He's just used some items from other Hotel views.
The only bit I think he's done is that island tbh.

Where the island is on top will be a big building with a website logo /name on.
Them house's wont stay there.!
The road needs work on as u can obv tell.
further back will be more house's bigger styled and buildings too.
