    Hello,

I am trying to put Cast-Control on my windows server (obvously PHP is installed!).

But it gives this error when trying to install:

Please ensure that you uploaded sc_serv in root/files/{YOUROS}/ in binary format, this may be the cause of the server not starting.
    Any help!?

    Thanks
    Tom
