    I dont have cPanel. It is a Windows 2003 Dedi Server.

    CPANEL is only for linux you can get iwndows control panels such as Helm or Plesk for windows, His chmod the files already if you don't see

    File its wrightable
    Its been done... and TBH you don't really need a control pane lfor windows becasue its a remote access desktop..

    i do, it came with CC.

    Also i did it in binary

    How do i setup SSH on a Windows 2003 Server? (I have Remote Desktop Access!)?
    and the 4th

    You dont chmod in windows.

    PuTTY Wont help in this situation
    and the 9th?

    are you so stuipd?

    sorry but you can't really be telling Tom what to do when you don't know how to reboot SQL service on your server.
