Well, this is my first template which i made, i like it, its a bit simple
but first ever so erm rate out of 10 also if you want edit it and post
and everyone trys to improve it and anyone can use it etc, anyway here it is.

That colour is utterly eurgh.
I suggest using PS aswell until you learn the basis of creating layouts, then if you wish use paint although it's always the hard way round because you can hardly get any effects on paint.
Suppose the concept is good for a first.unitedstates,canada,mexico,panama,haiti,jamaica,pe ru,republicdominian,cuba,caribbean,greenland and el salvadour too.
puertorica,colombia,venezuela,honduras,guyana and still, guatamala,bolivia then argentina and ecuador,chile,brazil.
costarica,belize,nicaragua,bermuda,bahamas,tobago, sanjuan,paraguary,uruguay,suriname,frenchguiana,ba rbados and guan.
norway and sweden and iceland and finland and germany now one piece, switzerland,austrira,czechoslovakia,italy,turkey and greece.

Its a funny rust colour. Not my style but it is alright. Keep going but with lighter colours. =]

For Paint, it's alright. Although I dislike the colours, as many have said..
