hes from the desert treasure quest.
The Stranger
If you are carrying a diamond around during the quest, a level 95 stranger may attack you. He uses a dragon dagger (p) and attacks very quickly and specials often. Dispose of him anyway you see fit.

No, he isnt a glitch. When I was banking at Cammy once, I switched to runehq to see what to do next and I was being attacked. I was scared lol

someone doing it might have been in the same area and tele'd or outran him and he stays there wandering?
