Well, it'll cost anything from over £1200, partly because shes a new driver, like myself, the price is rediculous but it needs to be paid.

Yes, 17 year olds insuring a car is not cheap, *very soon to be one* The smaller the engine the better, I don't need to worry, my mums going to insure me to drive her Golf GTI

If you get one under 1500 quid you'll be getting an alright quote. Hope she finds one.
