I wouldn't get the name of someone i was with for a tattoo, i'd get something that meant something to the both of us, so if we split, it wouldn't be a big deal if someone else i was with saw it.

I wouldn't mind something little, like a a star, somewhere on my hand/wrist area.

Tattoos can look really good or really bad, so it all depends, not sure if I'd ever get one though.
