Well put it this way..... If someone gave you £5 for a domain and they never got it and you said i sold the company, you should give there money back. Also in advance of like 1 month you need to let your clients know that you are selling up and you also need to tell them how to contact the new owner. Anyway if you sold up why buy a new server?????
