All the basic stuff in VB admin cp, Usergroup creating, creating/handing out/transpaent badges, can add rss feeds, can fix user reputation, can also change users account, example, their email address, their password, their HTML usertitle(would come in handy if you needed someone to do part of the elite for you), I can change display orders of styles. Can also ban users and give infractions, can also change or make adjustments to the infraction system, and i can add user fields, and a whole lot more
