If you have the slayer level try harpie bug swarms, they will automatically attack you up to level 92 ish, they might be a bit too strong for you atm though.

or you could try experiments 400exp per kill

come to think of it you will probebly have to do a few quests as its in canifis then you need to do another quest to gain access

If your f2p i would seriously recommend lvl 24 zombie's near the hill giants. Hill giants are packed out in like every world, and is slow xp as your only fighting like 2 max per minute. Therefore the non-packed lvl 24 zombies give like 120 - 160 xp which is good as you can fight a few per a minute! And dunno about p2p.
