Help needed

ive had a spare account for ages.
kept all my stuff on when i thoguht i was keylogged.
called 'gxv'
i tried pass never worked so i reset the account
went to inbox [hotmail account]
i had to go through that sponser things.
went to the inbox and nothing turned up.
i told mod they said to make sure i havent stopped e-mails coming from the site. i didnt.
then they said do a verifcation resend
i did one.
next day didnt turn up
they said it could take up to 48 hours. week later never turned up.
i did another one and another pass reset.
nothing came.
then i decided to e-mail sulake form a different e-mail.
they gave me a form to fill in i filled it in and sent it back and 3 wereks later still waiting.
its like impossible to get the account back.
or it takes a year.
