Can you download the audioscrobbler plug in for Itunes in order for my lastfm tracker thinggy to work ?

Ok, any chance of a link to the correct webpage ? Lastfm.com confuses me.

Well now I think you just download the program last.fm and it will automatically find your media players. Then if you play music on a different media player, it will still scrobble it I think. Here's the link:
