they will be able to look into the reason behind your ban etc and lift it if necessary

Well about a year ago now when i first started habbo i was a noob and asked someone for their pass and got permed. A few weeks ago after constant emails ( once a month ) They gave me another chance so yeh but after a while lol.

I got a message from a friend when v11 arrived saying that all the accounts got un-permed, and there would be no more until they sort the bug. I guess she was lying. Anyway, maybe when v12 comes out you would be able to get on for the furni
I suggest sending an e-mail to habbo stating that it is like stealing a credit card from someone (taking furni = real money).
